Haifa – I’ve had a passion for beauty and glamour from a very young age. Growing up, I was deeply inspired by the women around me—my grandmother, who was crowned Miss Lebanon in her youth and maintained her elegance until her last days, and my mother, a talented makeup artist and hairstylist. They taught me that a woman can take care of herself and her image at any age, anytime, and anywhere.
Over the years, I lived in the Levant, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Canada. These experiences showed me that beauty is universal—women everywhere want to look and feel their best. I began my career in marketing for prestigious luxury brands like L’Oréal, Lancôme, Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, and Helena Rubinstein. Later, while working with celebrities for leading Pan‑Arab magazines, I realized how challenging it was for them to access reliable beauty services on the go.
That was my turning point. I envisioned a service that would bring professional beauty experts directly to people, at home, at the office, or even while traveling. And so, INSTAGLAM was born: a beauty‑on‑demand platform that flips the traditional model of clients going to experts—now, the experts come to you.

Together with my brother—my co‑founder—we saw a gap in the market and decided to act. We wanted to simplify and revolutionize beauty services, making them accessible to everyone, anywhere.

Haifa – Almost every project pushes us to be more creative. In our B2B division, we customize beauty experiences for brands like Hermès, Dior, Kiko Milano, and Urban Decay. Each collaboration challenges us to innovate and deliver unique solutions.
