Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Patna, the Institute of Environment & Eco Development (IEED) is a multidisciplinary nonprofit working on environmental research, conservation, climate resilience, and sustainable development. With a team of over 100 experts in ecology, social science, economics, and engineering, IEED runs action‑oriented training, community outreach, and policy consultancy across Bihar, Jharkhand, and beyond. It operates under ISO quality certification and collaborates with UNESCO, TERI, TU Delft, and government bodies. IEED works with students, NGOs, and universities to promote environmental leadership and actionable change.
