Established in 2020, the United Institute of Medical Sciences (UIMS) in Prayagraj is the first private medical college in the city, affiliated with United University. Approved by the National Medical Commission, it offers MBBS (150 seats) and select MD/MS programs. The campus spans approximately 20 acres with a 500–700-bed teaching hospital integrated into United Medicity. Known for its modern infrastructure, green surroundings, and emphasis on hands‑on clinical training, UIMS plans to open an expansion campus near Lucknow to broaden access to medical education in the region.
